Took an I pad mini to have glass repaired, worked untill the battery died and it would not charge.I returned to there store to show them that i could not charge my I pad now. They denied it was due to replacing the glass. I than went to the Apple Store and was told that when you remove the screen that there is a wire connected to the glass that is part of the charging system. I was also told that even apple does not replace the screen on the I pad mini for this reason. My I pad was useless and everything on it lost.i accept responsibility for not backing it up, but Sns would not accept responsibility for the charging problem. There for I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact the owner became very rude and threw me out of his store. One of the things that bothered me so much was that he being a business owner,he never attempted to plug it in ,or turn it on never even touched it when I brought it back. His response was automatic I didn't do it! One thing I learned in life, if someone becomes that defensive that quick, they know they are wrong! I would not even give one star except that is the only way to post
