I had an unusual automatic Swiss watch that I was unable to get serviced. After 2 years of frustration, I was told to give it to Jack to see what he could do. My watch is very important to me as I would like to give it to my son. He updated me during the process regularly as I'm sure it was not easy to get parts for this thing. When it returned I was amazed. It had all original factory parts, was polished to perfection, and was again an automatic watch. This was a challenge and he did not disappoint. Thanks

I was greeted by Susan when I walked in, such a sweet lady! Their store has a great selection of quality jewelry and watches. After looking around a bit, Susan showed me a few things that caught my eye; I ended up buying a ruby and diamond ring. I also got the battery changed in my watch while they cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing. They are also able to size rings in store, huge plus! I highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to stop in and take a look for yourself.
I stopped by Kronenberger's for jewelry repair after knocking one of the prongs loose on my engagement ring. I was helped by Caly and another female sales consultant, both were very sweet and incredibly helpful. I had originally intended to drop off the ring and pick up at a later date because I came in 20 minutes before close. Instead, they repaired the ring on the spot, cleaned it, and sent me on my way in under 15 minutes! I would definitely use Kronenberger's again for future repairs and will keep them in mind the next time I am in the market for a new piece of jewelry.
