I went in for a body wave. They told me they couldn't do it, which I was ok with, I have really thick, difficult and color treated hair. I sat down to try and find a cut i wanted and the hairdresser tried to rush me, even though i was more than 15 minutes early for my appointment. I got flustered and upset and told her she was being rude and she tried to play it off like she wasnt rude and that I was just upset that I couldn't get what I wanted. I wish I could tell you her name, but I was so upset, I didn't even ask for it, i just left. She was an older, heavy set woman with yellowing teeth. I wouldn't have wanted her to work on my hair anyway.
