I gave this place 3 stars. The people there are very nice. Great kid cuts. Nice men cuts. Do not recommend for women- especially those with curly hair.

Ashleigh Z is the one to see - awesome cut.

If you find the right stylist, you'll like it. Very little waiting.

Good haircut cheap

That being said, my brother and all the other little boys leaving the store had to-die-for hair cuts. They were all adorable, clean cut, classic hair cuts. The men the same. They did charge my 10 year old brother as an adult- $3 difference. Didn't even catch it until I got home. no biggie.

I went to get a trim. This place is good for men, not for women. place smells like someone smokes in the back room or something, you can smell it when you walk in. Trim was so-so. I asked for a V, I got a U. Didn't check or comb to even out my part, didn't frame my face. They're friendly though.

If you have curly hair, I recommend you spend the extra dollars and find someone who specializes with curly hair (I usually do it myself, but I cannot see the back of my head and I figured it'd be best to have someone trim it up). I arrived with very damp hair, and I explained that my curls are tighter as they dry. She used a fine tooth comb on my drying hair- which gave me a knotty-difficult-to-work-with lion's mane- then insisted on using a waxy product on my hair when it was dry. She didn't use any water to coax the curl back. The result, as my brother puts it, "you look like you just woke up, didn't brush your hair, and put goop in it". I went home and had to shower to fix it. Added a few layers to make it less lamp shade like. Bottom line, the woman was not knowledgable with working with fine curly hair. At $15 it's to be expected, though.
