The worst customer service and responsiveness. Waited all day and when I talked to dispatch they said everyone was busy but to just wait until someone could get there. They had no idea when someone could be there. I called Benjamin Franklin and they sent someone over in an hour who was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Don't use Roto Rooter!
Wow....we called for service at 8:00pm and Roberto was there within 52 minutes. He came to our rescue while providing professional and honest repair work! Roberto and Roto Rooter made us realize the benefit of having a local knowledgeable plumber on call in case of an emergency. This company has been absolutely exceptional in the level of service they have provided at our home. The staff are extremely polite, prompt and courteous. The problem was fixed very quickly and they didn't charge an arm and leg. Thank you Roto Rooter & Roberto.
