Excellent Agency Highly Recommend!!
Totally incompetent. Sold us insurance we didn't need (that covers us everywhere EXCEPT the place where we actually do business). Never acknowledged or attempted to resolve the situation. Filed one claim with numerous mistakes (sent to the wrong insurance company; didn't follow up for a month; forgot to send it to the right company for another month; multiple times we asked about the status on the claim, over many months, we never got a single answer). When confronted about getting us the wrong coverage, the broker tried to lie to us saying that "it's what we asked for", while clearly it wasn't. Very shady way of doing business. Once we talked to our insurance companies directly, they told us to find a different broker, one that actually knows what they're doing.
