I would say that first impressions are everything, especially in business. Well, this dentist office did not give me a very good first impression. Quite honestly it was the worst experience I have had. I am new to the area and thought I would try a local, family owned dentist. I was wrong. I scheduled my appointment for 8am. Thinking that I would be in and out within an hour as they told me. Well I got there at 8am and still hadn't been seen by 8:20am. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said that "these things happen" Which I could understand if I were an appointment later in the day and the Dr happened to be running behind. I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day. I wasn't seen until between 8:25-8:30am and was literally done and in my car by 8:38am. Not sure how clean my teeth got exactly in a matter of 8-13 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will not be recommending this dentist to anyone. This office does not value patient time. I will contact my insurance, Metlife and let them know of my experience so they have better knowledge of the dentists they are covering.
