Everyone's really nice and they do good work. It could be cleaner but otherwise i love it.

This was my first time at Medford Auto Care & I couldn't be happier! Mike gave me a set timeline for when my car would be worked on & completed. I was given a detailed list of what needed to be done for my car (it was my 90k tune up & some winter preparation), which he also prioritized with me. He was extremely helpful & I'll definitely be going back when I need quality work done!
The gentleman on the phone and at the front counter was very polite and welcoming. My oil change was done quickly and overall, an excellent experience. I'm new to the area but I will certainly be coming back to this shop.
