Poor customer service... At least I was treated weird... When i got to the lady at the front desk she asks: "What do you want?"... No hi! or Hello!... Just What do you want. She really looked like she wanted me to leave...
The place is definitely older and could stand an upgrade but they have all you could ask for from a bowling alley. There are old pinball machines, a couple of arcade games, party room, and pool tables. With Otts across the street with takeout, it's definitely a decent place to let loose.
Old and a bit musty but still many a birthday parties and childhood memories were had at this quaint little alley. Not high tech at all still using CRV monitors! But if you want a nice small town bowling experience this is it
The manager helping us wouldn’t honor the “family deal” of $45 for 2 hours of bowling on two lanes. She would only give us $45 for 1 hour for two lanes, no other bowling alley changes prices based on the number of lanes being occupied. After 40 minutes, they shut off our lanes following the completion of 2 games. When we asked why they claimed we only paid for 2 games OR 1 hour, which was not stated at all before. They clearly weren’t expecting us to get through games that quickly, and decided to just change the rules for their convenience. Major ripoff, poor management, clearly just trying to make the most money possible without caring about the customers.
