Clean, fast service. Delicious big n toasty, great iced tea. Their coffee is the best
I called to specifically let them know something about my order. The lady told me she understood just to rush me off the phone. Then I get there, double checked that they understood, & they still messed up my order. Then my wife called to ask about it, they hung up on her. Never again will I go there.. I'm gonna start going to wawa.. they tend to get it right the first time.
Waited behind one person who just left before being served. Waited 5 minutes, had two cars behind me and then went and parked to go into the store. Only 3 people in the store eating ice cream - so not terribly busy. Asked for two large unsweetened ice teas - no lemon - they put lemon in them the first time. The second time they filled the glass with ice and gave me very weak tea - no apology - that's the way they make it. Mind you, I visit a Dunkin Donuts daily for same order - never received tea this weak before. Boy at the counter said I should talk to the manager tomorrow and lodge my complaint. Not necessary - will take my business elsewhere.
Terrible service, numerous employees in building, yet still long wait times every time I go. Check your order, it's usually wrong. Ice tea taste like coffee.
I used to work for this store (i finally quit when the manager grabbed my arm!) that was after months of telling her, the assistant manager and the regional manager about the sexual harassment I was enduring from two of the men (both married) who worked there. One of whom had been fired for that very same reason and then rehired because they were low on staff but then again they're always low on staff because they hire airhead kids or people with limited to no English at all. Oh and I would steer clear of the donuts!!! I spent months watching flies defecate on them and also the guy in the front picking his nose and grabbing them without wearing a glove blahhhhh
